Christmas Stuff

I'm pretty stressed out about Christmas presents right now. For some reason I'm always broke, even though I make pretty good money. I spend it like water. I just bought my first presents yesterday. I bought my boyfriend some miscellaneous stuff from the Franklin Mint store. I bought him a cool dagger and a dragon - it's the fourth dragon I bought him. They're about $300 each, so he's a pretty spoiled boy, but I feel kind of bad buying him miscellaneous objects instead of something he could use. I bought him exhaust for his truck for his birthday, though, and so I guess the miscellaneous objects are pretty cool.Here's a picture of the dagger - it's really cool looking, called "Vampire's Curse", and has a polished wood dagger that slides in and out of the guard. It's about 40 cm tall.Here is a picture of the dragon I bought him. I love the Michael Whelan Dragons. I have the set of 6 miniatures of these. His are about 27 cm tall. Now I just hope he doesn't find my live journal - that would suck.For my brother I am buying a set of APC Black Racing Bucket Seats for his 71 El Camino... unfortunately, today he just found out that his car isn't an El Camino at all! He's had the car over a year and we all thought it was an El Camino, but he checked the VIN, and it turns out it's a 71 GMC Sprint. Freaking crazy. However, there were only ~4000 of those made, so it's actually more rare and worth more money (it's just got a lame name). We all loved the connotation his "truck" had as an El Camino - I don't think a Sprint gets the same redneck with a mullet vibe, but I'm sure he'll learn to deal with it. :) What sucks is, now that he found out it's not an El Camino, he is considering working to give it a factory restoration, while previously he has just been focusing on upgrading performance parts. Well, I'm probably getting him the seats anyway, because either way he'd have to redo his upholstery. I picked my mom up some perfume, but I need to find something else, too, because I feel like a cheap bastard. I also have to buy something for a chick at work - we did the Secret Santa thing. I get really stressed out about this present stuff. I havent' even thought about what I'm getting for my best friend. I can't wait until Christmas is over so I can finally install my Hotchkis suspension set on my Trans Am.
